Whether you are looking for a teaching or nanny position in rural and remote Australia or a family searching for a passionate and professional teacher/nanny to step into your outback classroom or home– we can help you!

Teach Outback, a volunteer based organisation, aims to connect families located on isolated stations around Australia with qualified and experienced professionals who are looking to step outside the metropolitan areas and immerse themselves in the Australian bush culture.  

Qualified and experienced teachers and child care educators will be given the opportunity to advertise their skills in order to find employment with a suitable family.

If you are living on a rural or remotely located property in Australia and educating children through distance education or need assistance with small children, Teach Outback aims to provide you with a database of professionals willing to help!

Teach Outback’s aim is to provide families in rural and remote areas of Australia with access to qualified and experienced teachers and child care educators (nannies), who will provide children with quality care and learning opportunities.  Professionals will have the opportunity to experience the unique lifestyle that comes with working in outback classrooms and homes.
